MatBet Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Policy

1. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use MatBet, you must be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm requirement and applies to all account types, regardless of VIP tier, referral method, or promotional offer. MatBet reserves the right to request age verification documents from any account holder at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be forfeited.

You must also meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are registering for your own personal use only and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative for any third party.
• You have provided accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded or had an account terminated by MatBet for a breach of these terms.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.

Each individual may hold only one MatBet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or using a third party's details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Only the first registered account's balance may be reviewed for return; duplicate accounts have no claim on their funds.

2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MatBet account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. MatBet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• Do not share your password with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Do not allow another person to access or use your account for any reason.
• Log out from your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify MatBet support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

Any betting or gaming activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility. MatBet is not obligated to reverse transactions placed by an unauthorised user unless the account holder reports the breach promptly and can reasonably demonstrate they were not involved.

You must ensure that all account information remains up to date. If your contact number, email address, or payment details change, update your account accordingly. Failure to maintain accurate details may result in delays to withdrawals or inability to complete identity verification.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on MatBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your MatBet balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Typical processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are usually instant or near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.

Key deposit and withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by the MatBet support team.
• MatBet does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process. Providing incomplete or inaccurate identity information will delay processing.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — from PKR 50,000 at Bronze level up to PKR 500,000 and above for Diamond members.
• MatBet reserves the right to request supporting identity documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Funds deposited through one method cannot be transferred to another person's account or payment wallet.
• Deposits made by a third party on your behalf are not accepted. If a third-party payment is identified, it will be returned and the account reviewed.

VIP members at Silver tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing. Platinum and Diamond members typically receive same-day settlement for standard amounts. Diamond members with a dedicated account manager may arrange priority settlement directly through their assigned contact.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

MatBet offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion they are attached to, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Standard wagering requirements will be detailed in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• MatBet reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it determines the player is not using it in the spirit of the promotion — for example, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk in a way that exploits the bonus structure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses are intended for the account holder's personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared.
• PSL season promotions and cricket betting cashback offers are subject to their own specific terms published during those promotional periods.

VIP programme rewards — including weekly cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits, and account manager access — are governed by the VIP programme terms available on the VIP page. Tier status is calculated on a rolling 30-day activity basis and may change up or down based on play patterns during that window.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By using any game or betting market on MatBet, you accept the rules of that specific product in addition to these general terms. Specific rules for sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, fish games, and crash titles are governed by the individual game providers and market rules displayed within those sections.

• All bets are final once confirmed. MatBet does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• MatBet reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by verified data errors, technical faults, or pricing errors that were clearly outside of normal market parameters.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and ODI series — are subject to the standard sports betting rules. In-play markets may be suspended without notice if a major event (such as a rain interruption or player injury) is deemed to materially affect the market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface before confirmation.
• If a match or event is abandoned before a result is determined, bets will be settled according to the specific abandonment rules for that market type.
• Casino and live dealer game results are determined by certified random number generation. MatBet does not influence outcomes.

Any bet placed using funds that are later found to be fraudulent, or placed through the use of a system exploit or technical fault, will be voided. MatBet's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or display glitches to place bets or claim winnings you would not otherwise be entitled to.
• Colluding with other players in poker or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform to move funds between payment accounts.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or a conflict of interest, including betting on sports teams or matches you are associated with professionally.
• Abusing the bonus system — including creating accounts specifically to harvest welcome bonuses, using referral codes fraudulently, or consistently exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Engaging in chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.

MatBet employs risk management tools and monitoring systems to detect unusual account behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, MatBet may freeze account funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds associated with the prohibited activity will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

7. Responsible Gaming

MatBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended for adults who choose to participate in gaming and betting for entertainment purposes, using money they can afford to spend. It is not a way to make a living or recover financial losses.

MatBet provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to every account holder at no cost and at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take 7 days to take effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all MatBet marketing. This cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

MatBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment details.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A chargeback dispute initiated through a bank or payment provider.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive communication directed at MatBet staff or other users.
• At the account holder's own request (voluntary closure).

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email or in-platform message. Access to funds will be restricted during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes with no breach found, the account will be reinstated and funds released. If a breach is confirmed, funds associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited in full.

Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — and not subject to active bonus wagering requirements — will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

MatBet provides access to its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime, performance, and accuracy, MatBet does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

• MatBet is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.
• MatBet is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• MatBet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses beyond the amount held in your account at the time of the incident.
• MatBet does not guarantee that all games will be available in all regions or at all times, and reserves the right to remove or modify games within the lobby at any time.

Nothing in this section limits MatBet's liability for actions resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct on MatBet's own part. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

Your personal information — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is collected and stored in accordance with MatBet's Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• Your personal information is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• MatBet does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Continued use of the MatBet platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.
